Online store selling custom cases
We developed an online store on the Shopify platform using the Print on Demand system for selling custom phone cases. At the planning stage there was the site structure has been carefully developed, which allowed us to create an intuitive interface for users. The site design is based on a template, but was unique to 90%to highlight the brand's individuality. We integrated three types of payment systems, ensuring convenience and safety of purchases, as well as localized the site into three languages to reach an international audience.
To improve the site's visibility in search engines, basic SEO was carried out, and analytics systems were added to track and analyze user activity. The built-in product editor allows customers to customize their covers, making the shopping experience engaging and personalized. Automation of orders allows them to be quickly transferred to the printing house, which is especially important for the Print on Demand model. Convenient system for choosing from more than 150 phone models and various types of cases makes the shopping process comfortable for users. Also implemented a system of reviews distributed by product categories, which helps clients make informed decisions.

Planning and design selection
Before the development began, there was the website structure has been carefully developed taking into account the customer's wishes and the interface is well thought out. Built-in editor
The project included the following: user-friendly product editor, designed for customization of ordered goods. The main task was to create the most simple but functional tool, including photo cropping, filters, background removal, and a built-in gallery with over 10,000 images. Additionally, We have created more than 50 mockups for various phone models. The editor has been adapted for both desktop and mobile versions, ensuring ease of use on any device.

Automation
Since the store operates on the Print on Demand system, it was extremely important set up automatic transfer of orders to printing houses, to ensure almost complete autonomy of the store. After the order is paid for, it is automatically sent to the appropriate printing house, where it is printed and sent to the customer. The system is configured to work with four printing houses in different European countries., each of which specializes in different types of products and has its own requirements. The product editor is also automated and sends orders to printing houses automatically..
To ensure the accuracy of order fulfillment We have integrated the verification of the client's address at the checkout. In case of entering an incorrect address, the customer is notified and the order is processed manually, agreeing on the delivery address with the client.
Customer's choice of product
One of the key tasks was to make the choice of the type of case for different phone models as simple, convenient and intuitive as possible for customers.. The store offers cases for more than 150 phone models and 7 different types of cases. Since different types and quantities of cases are offered for different phone models, we first compiled a table with possible variations. Then integrated this data into the store by applying logical rules and chains on the backend, while ensuring the most simple and understandable selection process on the front end for the end customer.


Feedback system
We have implemented a comprehensive feedback system, including displaying reviews under all products, on the main page and on a separate page with detailed filtering and search. To improve convenience and information content We have grouped similar products of the same quality but with different designs into the appropriate categories.. As a result, when a customer leaves a review, it is published under all products in that group, and it is clearly indicated which product the review pertains to. This allows potential buyers to quickly find relevant information and make more informed decisions.
Additionally, this system adds reviews and ratings even to those products that have not yet been purchased, which has a positive effect on SEO promotion. As a result, Google search results display stars and the number of reviews under products, which increases the visibility and attractiveness of the store. Besides added automatic cross-posting of reviews left on the site to Facebook.
Localization
We have successfully completed the task of localizing the site into four languages, adding multilingualism using Weglot integration, which provides high-quality automatic translation. However, given the possible inaccuracies of automatic translation, by agreement with the client We submitted the required text for manual verification by native speakersThis approach allowed us to achieve high translation accuracy while reducing costs by half compared to a full turnkey translation.
As part of the implementation of multilingualism, We also took into account the SEO aspects of the project. META descriptions and page titles were translated, and hreflang tags were correctly placed, which is important for SEO on a multilingual site. To optimize time and resources, meta tags were translated only for those languages and countries where it was required, taking into account priority markets and traffic volume. For example, meta tags were not translated into Russian, since the volume of Russian-language traffic from Google search was insignificant for the geographies on which the store focuses.


Basic SEO Optimization
We carried out a comprehensive basic SEO optimization of the project, including the following activities:
- META descriptions and page titles are written.
- ALT descriptions for images on the site have been written.
- All META and ALT descriptions have been translated into 3 languages.
- All images on the site have been optimized to improve loading speed.
- Built-in Lazy Load function to speed up website loading.
- JavaScript scripts have been optimized: some scripts have been switched to lazy loading, which has significantly increased the speed of operation and page loading.
These measures made it possible improve search visibility of the site, ensuring its fast and efficient operation on various devices and in different language versions.
Analytics systems
We have implemented analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), as well as analytics with heat map And session playback function (used luckyorange.com). By the time the analytics were integrated, the store was fully prepared for sales and had products presented on its website.
The customer began to attract traffic through targeted advertising, and we, in accordance with the agreement, tracked customer actions and behavior on the site using analytical toolsThis approach allowed identify shortcomings and moments where users experienced difficulties and got confused in the interface. Email Marketing
Email marketing features have been added, including the following:

- Automatic reminder to the user about an unfinished purchase: If a customer abandons their cart at the checkout stage, a visually appealing email with a discount code is sent.
- Automatic sending of a letter to the client asking him to leave a review of the purchased product: The shipping time is chosen so that the customer has time to receive the goods and evaluate them.
